本厂位于大埔县桃源镇，成立于1992年8月。经长时间的艰苦创业，从一个名不经传的小规模工厂逐渐发展成为名副其实的具有影响力的工厂。
　　本厂主要的从事是制造与销售陈设艺术瓷、日用瓷和工艺陶等产品，现有员工270人，厂房面积5300平方米，产品100％外销，主要销往日本、美国、澳大利亚等国家。近年来，年出口额达100万美元，生产总值1000万人民币，产品主要是白体、釉下、五彩产品为主。
　　本厂具有多年的陶瓷生产和经营实践经验，从未出现因品质问题而遭客户索赔或输往国政府扣留事故。在竭力扩大业务的同时，本厂一直以提高陶瓷的质量为目标，努力在窑炉设备上更新、改造，本着高起点，高投入、低成本的发展战略，竭力将现代化与传统工艺相结合。同时我厂一直坚持以"以人为本，科技兴厂"的方针，积极引进技术人才，充分发挥人才优势，从而使本厂生产的产品具有更高的技术含量，使产品质量一直相对平稳，但面对日益激烈的国际市场竞争和国外日趋苛刻的安全、卫生标准管制，厂领导决策层高度认识到建立科学完善的生产体系对确保产品质量的重要性和紧迫性，决定按照出口质量许可证、输美国陶瓷工厂认证和当今国际质量管理体系。
